You need to pre-pay to coordinate your *returnable, drug test / administrative processing in recruiting, actual drug test, and pre employment counseling and other misc. associated costs in preparing you for your orientation.

Your drug test will be the last critical event, prior to, but same day as your orientation.

90 day probation period... As long as you successfully pass your probation period, we WILL *RETURN all but $50.00 (otherwise non returnable) which we are unable to retrieve because of out sourced
administrative fees to coordinate certain pre employment events. Your total refund will be $145.00.

We cannot perform these things for free and must capture some of our expenses for bringing you on board, up front. We feel this is minimal, reasonable and don‘t forget *returnable. Actually, it costs us over $1,2000.00 per driver to cover our costs to hire you overall. This includes our advertising costs, building rent for the recruiting offices,
roughly 3 hours for our accounting dept. to prepare your driving contract / physically enter you into our system and the 3 staff members that does your actual training and orientation which totals approx. 12 – 18 hours of “combined” hours / wages between the orientation staff. Keep in mind your time at orientation lasts about 4 – 6 hours.

How quickly I rcv. it will assist in how quickly you are accepted and can start. Once I rcv. the payment, I can immediately process your drug testing related file and will work with you to continue to be prepared for your orientation. Mainly we will communicate via email during the
INITIAL stages, this way you have everything in writing, for your and
our records.

The test results take 20-30 mins. (we get rapid results). You will take (and hopefully pass) your actual test on the day I schedule you to begin working / attend your orientation. You will stop at our Dr. in Ft. Wayne, In. and proceed right to orientation afterwards after your completely set up and ready to go. You can start working shortly after you pass drug test & complete orientation. Additionally, you either have – or will have to acquire an acceptable vehicle among other things, UNLESS, your processing to drive a fleet owners unit. Once we initiate drug test processing, drug test, and pre employment counseling and associated costs in preparing you for your orientation, there are no refunds until
you meet your probation period –
